this week has been a real tiring one.did ippt on tues n sea circuit on wed.failed both..haiz..i've taken ippt 7 times this year n i still couldn't pass tt stupid standing broad jump.if only it were 4 cm shorter..haiz..anyway my 2.4 is quite bad now so i guess i better start training up soon.kinda missed alot of ppl (no link)..haven been going out with some of them for what seemed like years.hope i'll be able to meet up with them soon.hmm..4th week of podc has passed..so i'm left with 9 more weeks of mental and physical fatigue.hope it will turn out fine..
