haha what a day man!took ippt today and amazingly i passed my standing broad jump for the 1st time in my life..haha..1st time without the slightest bit of 'cheating'..wasn't expecting myself to make the jump so was very surprised to make it..however i screwed up my run..haha..took 20 sec longer den the required timing..but i didn't really expect myself to pass the run since i haven been training for abt a mth?haha..

(note the number of 'haha's i've used;i'm juz overjoyed that i've finally made the jump after like 10 ippts?haha)
