i'm staying in camp for the weekdays til saturday morning!haiz..wad a punishment for not passing ippt man..i think i really deserve a slap in the face for failing sbj and passing my run for the third time in my life..wad made it worse is that i only failed by 4 cm..sigh..SIGH..i better pass it nxt thurs man..if not..god bless..
have been training quite alot this week..speed run..jogging..slope run..stairs climbing..gym workout..hope it helps..will it?i'd rather play volleyball to train for my jump lor..since the only time i passed my jump was after a few weeks of volleyball while on podc course..
