really looking fwd to the orthopaedics appointment...back hurts as usual..was actually given a few days' rest at home..but unknowingly i reduced it to 2 days only..haha....i was juz dumb at that moment...guess i'll be back at camp tml..haven been running for a few days le...stamina's gonna plunge like mad..sigh..
